Greg Merrill is an Albuquerque native who graduated from La Cueva high school and went on to Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado. He then returned home to Albuquerque and has been in the real estate field since 2004. With his extensive background in real estate. Greg is very knowledgeable in residential buying, selling, leasing and investing. He also has experience in commercial and residential property management. Greg provides excellent and quality service to his clients. He prides himself on being trustworthy and loyal. When Greg is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Kristin and their three kids; Ethan, Drew and Emily. He also loves golfing, traveling and working out.

Brad Merrill has been involved in the hospitality industry for the past 22 years serving as a General Manager with various Marriott properties as well as Best Western and Holiday Inn chains. His specialty is customer service. Mr. Merrill decided to get his real estate broker license 10 years ago and has worked with Merrill Realty as a property manager since 2010. He brings more than 2 decades of experience in working with a diverse clientele to his position at Merrill Realty. When Brad is not working, he enjoys, mountain biking, hiking, golf and riding his Harley Davidson. He also likes to travel and spend time with his daughter, Alexis.

Kristin has been been a licensed Realtor since 2015. Recently she has decided to join her husband at their family-owned company on the property management side of the business, in addition to being a Realtor. Growing up in Albuquerque has brought Kristin many great connections. Her passion in life is serving people. She truly enjoys helping others in any way that she can. She has worked in the legal field as a Legal Assistant and was an Office Manager for a combined 15 years. She feels those skills have helped her become a great Director of Operations and Realtor, as she is very organized and detail oriented. When Kristin is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, two stepsons, Ethan and Drew and their daughter, Emily. They love to go to church, travel, play golf and pickleball and relax on their beautiful patio.
